The lot features varietals such as Castillo and Caturra, and is processed via a fully-washed method with sun-drying on patios to preserve clarity and brightness.

In the cup you’ll discover a smooth, creamy body with the hallmark chocolate-and-nut base often found in Colombian excelso, but layered with uplifted citrus fruit and sweet orchard-fruit notes—think ripe apple or nectarine finishing on a clean, bright line.
