From the rolling hills of São Sebastio do Paraíso in Minas Gerais, Brazil, this lot comes from the esteemed Fazenda São Sebastião & Santana estate—nestled between 500 – 900 m altitude, where rich red soils and plenty of sunshine lend unique character to the crop.
Cultivated with care using varietals such as Mundo Novo, Obata and Acaia, the coffee is processed via a natural/fruit-dried method—intentionally allowing the cherry to dry slowly and impart deeper sweetness and layered fruit notes.
In the cup you’ll find a smooth, creamy body with an inviting base of chocolate and roasted nuts, followed by bright red-berry accents and a clean, sweet finish—bringing together the best of Brazil’s heritage and modern specialty processing.
