From the highlands of Kochere, a celebrated sub-region of Yirgacheffe, this coffee is produced by smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,850 – 2,100 m. The region’s fertile red-brown soil, abundant rainfall, and heirloom varietals create the ideal terroir for the world’s most iconic floral coffees.

The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and traditionally washed at the Beloya washing station before being sun-dried on raised beds. This meticulous process preserves clarity and emphasizes the region’s signature aromatics.

In the cup, expect a bright, tea-like body with notes of bergamot, jasmine, and lemon zest, balanced by a delicate sweetness reminiscent of peach and honey. The finish is clean, elegant, and endlessly refreshing—an authentic expression of Yirgacheffe’s washed heritage.
